Any details on the tax plan that the MLB players would be the ones paying for the stadium?
I have heard some of those details but can't offer anything but a pedestrian observation: Good taxes are ones that are paid by other people.

Unfortunately that is exactly what has happened in Portland…voters voted for bad taxes that only others would pay.
