Yeah, I have a comment. People at Field's Park on Sunday to watch the fire, were standing entirely to close and in some cases, in line of the tower, should it have fallen across Naito Parkway. Now someone has finally figured this out and closed the park, good. On Sunday, I spoke to 'crowd control officer, and she told me the firemen/women were handling the fire, and told me to get back beyond the tracks. I told an EMT guy the same thing. People remained where they were.
And for every day, we have had major poor quality of air, and people continue to not wear masks for the most park and Were still taking their dogs to the dog part. PORTLAND is so Not repaired for a major disaster here, and it's hight time its resident and business owners did have a Plan in place.
People have different risk tolerances. As long as they’re following the instructions of first responders and staying outside restricted areas, it’s not my place to judge whether they choose to watch the fire, wear a mask, or take their dog for a walk. Those are personal decisions.
