Portland Bureau of Transportation crews cleared Northwest Cornell Road after a landslide had blocked the route for the last half of March.
Trees and mud blocked Cornell on March 16.
Another mid-month landslide created a sinkhole under Cornell between Northwest Thompson and Skyline Boulevard, where that section of the road remains closed.
Southwest Fairmount Boulevard has also been closed since March 27 due to another landslide.
